Corey Rasmussen is a Southern California Native, and the product of a Real Estate family. Corey joined Convoy Capital after 5 years of experience with Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate where he specialized in multifamily investment sales specifically on the West Side of Los Angeles, South Bay and Orange County.

Some of Corey’s Accomplishments during his tenure at Lyon Stahl Include:

– 2019 Heavy Hitter Award – Sourced and closed largest transaction in company history ($40MM).

– First Inside Sales Agent – First entry level hire. Assisted with development of entry level job description in the company’s launch years – Lyon Stahl is now the fastest growing brokerage in Southern California.

Corey focuses on building strong foundations for long-lasting relationships with his clients and others in the Real Estate Industry. The most important thing to him is going the distance – through creativity and persistence, he takes pride in creating powerful investment opportunities and financial freedom for his clients.

Corey graduated from Loyola High School in Los Angeles and took his talents to Dallas, TX where he graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Economics and Finance and a minor in Sports Management. He now lives in Orange County with his Fiancé Megan; he enjoys spending time with family and playing golf on the weekends.
Prior to becoming an associate agent, Corey was an inside sales agent at Lyon Stahl, serving as an office-wide resource for lead generation, where he was able to create an abundance of multifamily real estate investment opportunities for his clients and for the firm.

Corey graduated from Loyola High School and took his talents to Dallas, where he graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in economics and finance.

Prior to joining the Lyon Stahl team, he spent three years in insurance working for some of the most distinguished companies in the industry. He was one of the top rookie sales agents at Kemper Reserve National in 2010. He also served as a property and casualty account administrator on one of the most recognized brokerage teams at Lockton Dallas.
